monitoring services, reporting of login services,security services,application development, product management,program management,troubleshooting.a lot of things Go beyond a typical products is offered, and a quality of services is not like a product, it depends in a way on how the services provider and the customer into act and communicate, and share infORMation and meet each other's goals, and contract the manufacturing the customer and the service provider can make modifications and changes all along the process as the servcies being deliveried.and how the customer proceed the sevices what the services provider thinks their supply the delivery end result. the personal customer experience and wether  expetations are met, exceeded or no met. so fundamentally
