解决方案

没有必要根据每个条件重新检查整个购物车，相反地应用

• 可以通过if/elseif/else条件授予多个折扣
• 我在第一个foreach循环中使用了WC_Cart::get_cart_item_quantities()而不是遍历购物车。因为这样更快
