因为您不想将其添加到总计中，所以您可以向woocommerce-checkout-review-order-table添加自定义表行而不是购物车费用。所以我的回答不是基于WooCommerce费用，并且与它完全分开。

然后，自定义表行将根据是否选中该复选框来显示/隐藏百分比。
