解决方案

在matplotlib中,没有在单元格的各个边(Rectangles)绘制不同粗细或颜色的线条的通用方法。然而,在这个问题中,解决方案很容易通过ax.axhline()(由@Ganderson评论)获得,因为表格填满了轴的整个边界框。

您首先需要将轴的数据范围设置为介于-1和表中行数之间的范围。然后,您只需在所选位置绘制axhline

只更改了两行(我用注释做了标记),似乎可以完全删除get_table函数。
