19.3RAC安装root.sh脚本时报PRCR-1079处理

按照19.3RAC数据库，在运行root.sh脚本时报错
CLSRSC-343: Successfully started Oracle Clusterware stack
CLSRSC-594: Executing installation step 18 of 19: 'ConfigNode'.
QoS Management Server could not be started.

PRCR-1079 : Failed to start resource ora.qosmserver
看来是 启动资源时ora.qosmserver有问题
在MOS找PRCR-1079 : Failed to start resource ora.qosmserver，发现是关系IPV4,V6支持方面的问题
12.2 root.sh fails with CLSRSC-1102: failed to start resource 'qosmserver' (Doc ID 2253718.1)


原文描述如下
qosm works with ipv4 or ipv6. The issue happens if the customer doesn't have the proper ipv6 configuration in both /etc/hosts (/etc/inet/ipnodes in Solaris) and ifconfig
也就是关于 ipv6的相关文件配置有问题，对于Linux系统
确保/etc/hosts in Linux 由如下配置

::1 localhost

ip addr add ::1/128 dev lo <<<<需要增加的内容

在两个节点修改/etc/hosts配置后。重新执行root.sh脚本成功

修改完后再次跑root.sh成功
