解决方案

缺少作用域

您的令牌缺少必要的作用域，此处：files:write:user。

添加其他作用域：

假设你有一个Slack应用程序，转到你的应用程序的管理页面，然后在"Ouath"子页面上添加它，在那里有一个范围部分，你可以在那里添加它。以下是指向您的应用程序的直接链接：https://api.slack.com/apps。

之后，您需要将应用程序重新安装到工作区，以使更改生效。

使用CurlFile

另一个潜在的缺陷是CurlFile显然只适用于文件的绝对路径。(see this answer)。一个简单的解决办法是：
